Carbohydrates : Monosaccharides, digosaccharides, and polysaccharides (starch, glycogen, cellulose).

Proteins : Simple (albumins, globulins, collagen) and conjugated proteins (only examples).

Nucleic acids : Structure of DNA, RNA, types of RNA.
