Staff Selection Commission (SSC) – will hold an All India Open Competitive Examination for recruitment to the Group-“C” posts of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk. Post name and Number of vacancies:
- Data Entry Operator — 1006 Nos.
- Lower Division Clerk — 991Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should pass Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit (for both posts): Minimum 18yrs and maximum 27 years as on 01-08-2014.
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs as per norm
Candidates selection: The exam will comprise of a written objective type Examination followed by Data Entry Skill Test/Typing Test. Candidates opting for English medium should have typing speed of 35 words per minute.
Exam Center: The Examination will be conducted at various centres of SSC across the Country. Application Fee: Rs.100/- is to be paid by General and OBC candidates.
