2020 সালে চিকিৎসাবিজ্ঞানে নোবেল পুরস্কার যৌথভাবে তিন জন বিজ্ঞানীকে দেওয়া হয়েছে - হার্ভে জে অলটার (Harvey J. Alter), মাইকেল হিউটন (Michael Houghton), চার্লস এম রাইস (Charles M. Rice )।

হার্ভে জে অলটার (Harvey J. Alter), মাইকেল হিউটন (Michael Houghton), চার্লস এম রাইস (Charles M. Rice ) তিন জন বিজ্ঞানীকে যৌথভাবে নোবেল পুরষ্কার দেয়া হয়েছে হেপাটাইটিস C ভাইরাস (Hepatitis C virus) আবিষ্কার করার জন্য ।

The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2020 was awarded jointly to Harvey J. Alter, Michael Houghton and Charles M. Rice "for the discovery of Hepatitis C virus."
