This is for your kind information that mine is a transferable job and I have been transferred from Bardwan to Kolkata.
Because of my transfer my son Rishi has also come with us. He was studying in class - VII there. After appearing in annual examination he has been successfully promoted to class - VIII. I intend to get my son admitted into your esteemed school in the same class.
Your favourable reply in this regard will enable me to bring his transfer certificate and other relevant papers from his previous school.
I would request you to send the forms and papers necessary for admission and at the same time if you please inform me whether it is possible to give him a chance to appear in the admission test, I would be highly obliged.

* কর্মস্থল থেকে বদলি হবার পর ছেলের ভর্তির জন্য অনুরোধ করে প্রধান শিক্ষকের নিকট চিঠি
মহাশয়,
আপনার সহৃদয় অবগতির জন্য জানাইতেছি যে আমার বদলির চাকরি এবং আমি বর্ধমান থেকে কলকাতায় বদলি হইয়া আসিয়াছি । আমার বদলির কারণে আমার ছেলে ঋষিও আমাদের সঙ্গে চলে এসেছে । সে ওখানকার একটি স্কুলে ক্লাস - VII পড়ছিল । বাৎসরিক পরীক্ষা দেওয়ার পর সে পরীক্ষায় কৃতকার্য হইয়া ক্লাস - VIII -এ উর্ত্তীর্ণ হইয়াছে । আমি আমার ছেলেকে আপনার স্কুলে একই ক্লাসে ভর্তি করিতে ইচ্ছুক ।
এ বিষয়ে আপনার অনুকূল উত্তর পাইলে তার পূর্ববর্তী স্কুল থেকে ট্রান্সফার সার্টিফিকেট এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য কাগজ নিয়ে আসার ব্যাপারে ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করিব ।
ভর্তির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ফর্ম পাঠাইবার জন্য আপনাকে অনুরোধ করিতেছি । তাছাড়া অনুগ্রহ করিয়া যদি আমাকে জানান ভর্তি পরীক্ষায় তাকে সুযোগ দেওয়া সম্ভব হবে কি না তাহলে আমি বাধিত হব ।
