National Voters Day : January 25
In order to encourage more young voters to take part in the political process, Government of India has decided to celebrate January 25 every year as "National Voters' Day". It has been started from January 25, 2011 to mark Commission's foundation day.

Children's Day : November 14
The Children's Day is celebrated every year on November 14 in India in the memory of the first prime minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who born on this day in 1889. Fondly known as Chacha, Nehru has affection towards children.
International Day for Tolerance : November 16
The International Day for Tolerance is observed on 16 November. It is an annual observance day declared by UNESCO in 1995 to generate public awareness of the dangers of intolerance.
