Respected Sir,
Most respectfully I beg to state that due to our poor financial condition it is becoming impossible to continue my studies. So I beg help and sympathy for that purpose.
My father has now retired and the pension he receives is not at all sufficient to maintain a big family like ours. We are two brothers and tree sisters in number and everyone is trying heart and soul to continue his own studies. But with such a poor income he is gasping to maintain everything.
I am a student of class - VIII of your school and have been here from class - V. All along I have done well in all the examinations. All the teachers are satisfied with my behavior and the results.
I, therefore earnestly request you to allow my free studentship considering the poor condition of our family. So that I can continue my studies, otherwise I have to stop it altogether.

স্কুলের মাহিনা থেকে নিষ্কৃতি দেওয়ার জন্য প্রধান শিক্ষকের নিকট আবেদন ।
মহাশয়,
অত্যন্ত বিনয়ের সঙ্গে আপনাকে জানাই যে আমাদের অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থা অত্যন্ত শোচনীয় হওয়ার কারণে আমার পক্ষে পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যাওয়া একেবারে অসম্ভব হয়ে উঠেছে । সেই কারণে আমি আপনাদের সাহায্য ও সহানুভূতি প্রার্থনা করছি ।
আমার বাবা চাকরি থেকে অবসর নিয়েছেন এবং তিনি যে পেনশন পান তা আমাদের মতো একটি বড় পরিবার প্রতিপালন করার পক্ষে যথেষ্ট নয় । আমরা দুই ভাই ও তিন বোন প্রত্যেকে আমাদের পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করছি । কিন্তু এই স্বল্প উপার্জনে আমার বাবা সবকিছু চালিয়ে যেতে একেবারে হাঁফিয়ে উঠছেন ।
আমি আপনার স্কুলের অষ্টম শ্রেণির ছাত্র এবং পঞ্চম শ্রেণি থেকে এই স্কুলে পড়াশোনা করছি । বরাবরই আমি সমস্ত পরীক্ষায় ভালো ফল করে এসেছি । সমস্ত শিক্ষক আমার ব্যবহার ও পরীক্ষার ফলে আমার প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট ।
আপনার নিকট আমার সনির্বন্ধ অনুরোধ এই যে আমাদের পরিবারের দুস্থ অবস্থার কথা বিবেচনা করিয়া যদি অবৈতনিক শিক্ষালাভের ব্যবস্থা করেন তাহলে আমার পক্ষে পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যাওয়া সম্ভব হবে নতুবা সম্পূর্ণভাবে আমার পড়াশুনা বন্ধ করে দিতে হবে ।
