Age limit: Candidate upper age should be 28 years as on 01-08-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in relevant discipline of engineering for Sl no 1 Post, Matriculation and ITI (full time) in relevant trades only for Sl no 2 Post B.Sc in Paramedical Technology (Radiology) OR 12th pass (Science) with 2 yrs Diploma (Full time) in same trade for sl. No – 3(i),3(ii) posts B.Sc in Dietetics/Food & Nutrition/Chemical Nutrition (Full time) after 12th pass (Science) 3(iii) post.
Application fee: Candidates have to pay Rs 250/- for the post of Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) and Medical Service Provider (Trainee).And Rs. 150/-for the post of Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee).
