and have got my 20th choice i.e. ee in St Thomas College of Engineering and Technology.

I would like to know how good the faculty and infrastructure of the college is... and should i opt for up gradation or not.
I would also to know the Stream Wise College Rank and what are the possibilities of getting a higher preferred college in the subsequent rounds.

My WBJEE rank is 314x. I got mechnanical branch in HALDIA

Last year, HERITAGEINSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY was having cut off 4102 and HALDIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 3455 rank of WBJEE  in mechanical branch,  which shows mechanical branch of HALDIA is better than HERITAGE .

sir i still do not know if the counselling form for medical stream hasbeen out or not.

should I wait for second round to get HERITAGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ?

In first round I got mechanical branch in HALDIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY . My  AIR wbjee rank is 314X. Then should I wait for second round to get HERITAGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ?  OR  take admission in HALDIA INSTITUTE OF TCHNOLOGY?
