2.   Distinguish between status and role.  What is role conflict ?

 

3.  How is religion related with  morality ?  What is the social role of religion ?

 

4.  How do primary groups differ from secondary groups ?   Give two examples eash of both types of group.

 

5.  Briefly explain the survey method of social research.

6.  Distinguish  between  authority  and  power  and indicate the different types  of authority .  To  which type or types belongs the authority of the Pope ?

 

7.  Show how the   economic  processes of production and consumption are affected by social factors.

 

8.   Briefly discuss Marx's contributions to sociology.
