A Site Author can post resources on this site and earn money. I want to know that, when a Site Author will be paid for his work on this site. And how, he will be paid ?

for 3807 visits you earned 3.8x5=Rs 19/-
and for content quality you earned 50% of your earning from visits So it is =19x0.5= 9.5/-
So actually you earned =19+9.5= 28.5/-
Content quality depends on your posted contents: -- nicely composed, useful to user and effectiveness etc.
Sell your suggestions on bengalstudents through siteauthor program .
When your earned money crosses Rs 100/- (one hundred) then BengalStudents will send you a cheque after confirmation of payee Name.
Cheque will be send to your maintioned address with registerd post.
