SENTENCE: Generally, a sentence consists of two parts are; Subject & Predicate.
But in many cases, we only find the later part; Predicate. Actually, a sentence can be made where there is the presence of Verb. Without any verb, a sentence can never be made. We make sentences by combing Verb with a Subject or an Object. So, the very essential part of a sentence is Verb as it is common. Before discussing Verb, I would like to discuss about Subject & Object.
Firstly, we should think whether any action is possible without verb. If it is not possible then it may not be wrong to say that every action has a doer. That 'doer' is called Subject. (Subject=noun/pronoun/noun equivalent- gerund/infinitive)
Lets know what a noun is. Noun-Noun is the name of anything(Sometimes it is seen and we calls that one as concrete noun, and sometimes it is not seen but felt and we calls them as abstract). Nouns are usually the name of a person, thing, or place. Same way, lets have no doubts about an object=noun/pronoun/noun equivalent.
Now, the remaining one to be discussed is Pronoun. Before discussing pronoun, I want to say one thing that should be remembered that a pronoun can be used only against the noun referred before. If we don't know the noun, the pronoun can't be used there. Pronoun is a word used instead of a noun already referred. In every where of prescriptive grammar we need the help of pronoun. So, the details of pronoun is to be discussed later.
Now, only one thing is remained and that is Verb: the essence of a sentence. As without the essence a tree can't stand, the sentence also can't be established without Verb. To make a sentence we always take help from Auxiliary verbs. Actually they are called operator in English Grammar.
So, to learn English Grammar, it is our duty to remember all the auxiliary verbs and there uses. In case of sentence making as well as tense, auxiliary verbs are verbs are very much essential.
